Download and fill out the 4 worksheets.
Remould your team and structure. If you have less than 10 people on your team, then do it at an individual level, if you have 10 plus then start at a team level.
Ensure you diarise and carry out two meetings with your team. A ‘Forward Focus’ meeting on Mondays 10-15 mins max and an ‘Accountability’ meeting on Fridays 10-15mins max.
Prior to the meeting get really clear on your FOS and practitioner goals and KPAs for the month and week ahead.
Diarise regular check ins during the week to follow through on task completion via Slack, a private Facebook group for your team, Skype or your preferred online medium. Kill email.
Diarise once a week where staff can reach out to you during a hour of your choice to obtain additional resources or support so they can achieve their KPA’s.
Monitor and benchmark your individual staff members KPAs for the next 90days so they can grow and progress where you want them to be and hold them accountable.
